Meet Josh McConnell

Josh has served as the Chief Operating Officer for McConnell Real Estate Partners since 2016, and added the role of sales agent in 2019. Josh has been investing in real estate for over two decades, having acquired his first rental property in 2001. He is a co-founder and managing member of several residential real estate investment companies based throughout the state of South Carolina. Prior to entering real estate full time, Josh held senior finance positions within several global manufacturing companies.

Josh holds a B.S. in Finance from Franklin University and an MBA from Clemson University. He is a licensed REALTOR, and was previously a Certified Public Accountant in the state of South Carolina.

​​​​​​​Josh lives with his wife Jen, daughter Bennett (8), son Bodhi (6), and two dogs on Isle of Palms. He is an active member of First United Methodist Church on Isle of Palms. Additionally, he is a proud supporter of MUSC Children's Hospital, The South Carolina Aquarium, and Pet Helpers Adoption Center. He enjoys Clemson athletics, football, fitness, surfing, tennis, and enjoying all that Isle of Palms and Charleston have to offer with his family.
